Lightroom Classic
in Develop, open the Presets panel, click + then Import Presets, and choose the ZIP as is.
Lightroom (desktop)
File → Import Profiles & Presets, then choose the ZIP.
Camera Raw
open a photo, in the Presets panel click … → Import Profiles & Presets.
After installing, the presets appear in a group named after the pack, numbered as on the pack page.
