Nextvision licence
Nextvision grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the presets of the pack you bought.
The licence covers one photographer or one studio, on up to 3 devices owned by the licensee.
Allowed
personal and commercial use, including client work, and editing the presets for your own use.
Not allowed
resale, sharing, uploading to sites or marketplaces, converting them into LUTs or AI profiles for distribution, or bundling them in courses or packs.
Nextvision keeps ownership of the presets; you buy a licence to use them.
